Discovering a way of eating that works for me has been such a fun, and sometimes difficult journey. A journey that I have been on since I was in 8th grade getting sick every morning, and not knowing why I was feeling so awful.

Needless to say, throughout my journey I have learned some tricks that help me stay on track with any lifestyle of eating I am starting. This has helped me kick sugar cravings and seamlessly begin a journey to healthy, clean eating.

I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t, and I wanted to share them with you so you can start your journey to a healthier, better feeling you.

Meaning I believe that each part of your life plays a role in how successful you will be at accomplishing any task. This challenge takes a look at each aspect of your life, and helps you get your life right one step at a time so that nothing can stand in the way of your BIG goals.
